Science, Sin, and Suffering: The Annual Benedict XVI Lecture at St. Vincent Seminary

I was thrilled to deliver the annual Pope Benedict XVI Lecture at Saint Vincent’s Archabbey in Latrobe, PA on October 23rd. Established at Saint Vincent Seminary in 2005, this lecture series has featured a variety of eminent authors and members of the hierarchy, including Scott Hahn, Francis Cardinal Arinze, Archbishop Rino Fisichella, and George Weigel. This year, I was invited to speak on the topic “Science, Sin, and Suffering: Joseph Ratzinger on Human Origins and the Fall.” Video of the 45 minute talk plus Q & A can be found here.
